We offer a breakfast buffet and Japanese breakfast featuring carefully selected delicious ingredients from Fukuyama, Bingo, and Setouchi.
Every morning, we bake fresh bread in-house and serve the chef's special “French toast,”as well as our recommended “shirasu tuna bowl,”offering a luxurious breakfast experience with delicious local dishes from Fukuyama.
Due to various reasons, the breakfast price has been revised from JPY 2,420 to JPY 3,000 from 1 August 2025 (Friday).

At Claire, we aim to introduce you to the delicious ingredients of Fukuyama and the Seto Inland Sea region, with a menu themed around “Fuku Gohan” (lucky breakfast).
We offer popular breakfast items such as “Uzumaki” (a local dish), a bowl made with Seto Inland Sea-produced shirasu, freshly baked bread, and our popular French toast.
We use specially selected ingredients to bring out the seasonal flavors from the Seto Inland Sea. We hope you'll enjoy the atmosphere and exquisite cuisine.
